New Series @ Church "EPHESIANS"

Ephesians Paul, an Apostle, a slave, a bondservant, a position of authority, "set apart" BY the Will of God. wrote to the saints in Ephesus, just as he writes to us ,the faithful in Christ Jesus. vs. 2 of the Grace and Peace FROM God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
We have been saved for a reason and a purpose, He has prepared His people in a specific way, for His Glory.
Ephes 1:4-10 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight.. In love he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will- to the praise of his glorious grace , which he has freely given us in the One he loves. In Him we have the redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding. And he made known to us the mystery he purposed in Christ. to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fullfillment- to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ."
1.Grace and peace come Only from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
2. He chose us, presdestined us , elected, selected, God laid His hands on us.
3.We are saved for a reason and a purpose, He has prepared you in a specific way-for HIS Glory.
4. 2nd Corinth 5:14-21 in vs 14, we are convinced one died for all, vs 15 that those who live should no longer live for themselves, but for him who died for them. 2nd Corin vs 16 we regard no one from a wordly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. 2nd Corin vs17 if anyone is IN CHRIST, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come. vs 18 all this is FROM GOD, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:vs 20 we are therefore, (since, because) Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us.We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to, God. vs 21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God."
We may have the same earthly body, but we are new creations, we are Born again" though we live in an ungodly world, the world is not in us.

through God's Grace, (unmerited favor, we didn't earn it, we are unworthy of grace, we received it from God.) Epesh 2 :8-9 "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is a gift of God- not by works, so that no one can boast."
Ephesians

vs 12 in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ,
might be the praise for His glory.
vs 13 He sealed us with the Holy Spirit
vs 14 a deposit, gaurenteeing our inheritance until the
redemption of those who are God's possession- to the praise of His glory."
Summary"
Our Father,who is in heaven
God is the one who saves us and when He does, we know we have a transformed life, not a reformed life a transformed life,and when His Holy Spirit is upon us, we should begin to ;

look like Him ...
think like Him ...
act like Him...
Love like Him....
because we "KNOW" we are forgiven and Loved, by HIM !
